I will speak on one history of Giriraja-Govardhana. Giriraja was in the Himalayas. He is the son of Drona. Drona is one of the friends of Himalaya. He had a beautiful son and his name was Giriraja. Though he was little, he was so beautiful. He was decorated by Tamala trees, Kadamba trees, cuckoos, parrots, and everything else. He was loved so much by his father. When anyone would see Giriraja-Govardhana, they would become so attracted to him. So, when Sri Ramacandra wanted to make a bridge across the ocean to go to Lanka, He ordered Nala, Nila, and all the monkeys to make a bridge…

After Svamiji spoke to me, he ordered all the GBC leaders like Jayapataka, Tamala Krsna, Brahmananda, Bhavananda, and all others that “You should go and take Narayana Maharaja everywhere.” So many ISKCON leaders took me to Sri Mandir and everywhere in Vrndavana. Svamiji told me, “You will have to give my samadhi with your own hands. You will have to help my disciples become mature…”

Santi means sayujya-mukti. There is no action, words, or anything. Rather, we want to bathe in the rasa-samudra, the ocean of nectarean mellows. In this ocean there are five kinds of waves. These five kinds of waves give rise to lakhs and lakhs of waves that are very sweet. These waves go up and down according to the transcendental moods. Where there is nothing, there is santi. A stone always has santi. The stone has nothing to think; it never moves. Even if you cut it into lakhs and lakhs of pieces, it will not know. It will remain in santi…

So, any man who has no knowledge of atma, Paramatma, and Krsna-bhakti will not be able to make his life successful. Our sons and daughters go to schools and colleges, but they became atheists. They think, “We are doing everything. There is no God; there is nothing.” So, we should try to be Krsna conscious. If one is not attached to the katha and foot dust of the Vaisnavas, then up until one doesn’t do the service of the foot dust of the Vaisnavas, he will not know these tattvas. All the schools and colleges of present times have become atheistic and this has resulted in the unfortunate condition of society…

Remembering her son’s previous pastimes, Yasoda was churning the yogurt. The sound that was created seemed to resemble the playing of a mrdanga. It sounded, “Dhik-tan. Dhik-tan.” This means, “Fie on those who don’t do the bhajan of Krsna. Fie on them. Only the lives of those who engage in Krsna’s bhajan are successful. This is the essence of all forms of knowledge. Therefore, fie on them who don’t do Krsna’s bhajan…”

…To obtain power for his function of destroying the obstacles of the three worlds, Ganesa offers his prayers to Krsna. Krsna is the Adi-purusa; He is the personality described in the Puranas. Ganesa offers his pranama to the lotus feet of Govinda from a distance, like we do. The lotus feet of Krsna are held by Ganesa on his head. Thus, he becomes qualified to destroy all the obstacles of the three worlds by Krsna’s mercy…

Not only the humans; all the entities that have life—insects, birds, human beings, gandharvas, demigods; it is imperative for the soul that is in any form of life to engage in the bhajan of Bhagavan. Who is Bhagavan? He creates, sustains, and destroys. He has the six transcendental qualities to the extreme form. There is no one who is stronger, and more knowledgeable than Bhagavan. His beauty and renunciation is incomparable. Aisvaryasya samagrasya—He is the possessor of inconceivable wealth. And, His fame is unequalled…

You will have to adopt sadhu-sanga. You should associate with devotees who are more qualified than yourself. If both are in the same category, then you cannot develop. So, we should try to have the association of any learned, but not only learned—but the association of a Rasik, Bhavuka, and tattva-vit Vaisnava. This Vaisnava knows every kind of tattva—jiva-tattva, Krsna-tattva, and the other tattvas. He is very learned in the Srimad Bhagavatam. And he has learned everything from his Gurudeva or Vaisnavas…

…They use all things in Krsna’s service. But, you should see that these various forms of arts are not used for your sense gratification. They should be used only for Radha-Krsna’s service. Taking money from general people is also an art. Everyone cannot do this. But if by that art, we can collect so much money for Krsna’s satisfaction, then it is good. Otherwise, if you collect one farthing, one pence, and use it for yourself, then this is an offense. So, everything should be used for Krsna. This intelligence should be used for Krsna consciousness. If it is done, it is so good…
