To attain Kṛṣṇa we have left our families and homes, so we must know that one cannot get Kṛṣṇa if he runs to fulfill the desires of his tongue and genitals. Therefore, we should be very careful. If one’s character is flawed, then Mahāprabhu will not forgive him, even if this person is very learned. Therefore, for all of you to very carefully engage in bhajana and sādhana, Rūpa Gosvāmī has given his Nectar of Instructions. All of you must follow the instructions he has given. If you don’t follow these instructions, then what remains of your bhakti will also be destroyed. The people of this world will lose their faith in you. They will not listen to you anymore.
