Srila Gurudeva: In so many days, we cannot entirely glorify Srila Prabhupada. His glories are an endless ocean, so in an hour or in one or two days, we cannot reach the end. Especially his character and his transcendental characteristics are endless. They are so high that any worldly person cannot touch them.
‘Rupanuga-bhakti-da.’ What is rupanuga? Srila Prabhupada Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura is from the transcendental realm and is the associate of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and Radha-Krsna, so he has come to give these things. But when he came, there were so many jungles of mayavada, sahajiya, sakhi-beki, gosvami-vada, and all other things. So first he had to make the barren land fertile. He had to cut all the jungles of all these things. Most of his time was spent doing this. That is why when we will glorify him, then we will have to glorify him by speaking about all these activities, how he cut the arguments of all.
But after this, only a very rare person will be able to touch his transcendental glory. We are discussing so many things about the very sweet pastimes of Krsna and speaking about so many good tattvas, siddhanta, but I know that there are some who have no interest. They may think that, “Should I be preaching with Narayana Maharaja or should I return to India?” Some may be thinking like this. But I know that most of you are so inspired to hear all these things. You are wasting of lot of money and you are here with me, being very enthusiastic and inspired.
But when we will explain about these transcendental things, oh, it will be very hard to touch all these things. General devotees can understand how he cut the arguments of mayavada, smarta, sahajiya, sakhi-beki, and all other things. They can understand how he preached and all these things. But what was his transcendental message and why did he come to this world? What did he do for this? It is very hard to realize these things.
