In Goloka Vṛndāvana it is always spring. It is so sweet there. Cuckoos always sing and peacocks always dance there. Seeing the black clouds in the sky, the peacocks remember Kṛṣṇa and begin to dance. All the gopīs want to go to their fathers’ homes because they are free there. They then swing on their swings. Why do the gopīs then swing Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa? This is bhakti. In Vraja, everyone is an adolescent. There are no problems at all. Only they who experience no sadness can swing in Vṛndāvana. How can those who are sad be swung?
