Let us begin from guru service, obeying Gurudeva. If Gurudeva is bona fide, we should not consider whether or not his order is good or bad. I have nothing to worry about. I need only to carry the order of my Gurudeva because I know that what he is saying is true to the highest extent. Don’t think whether it is wrong or right. He will give us bhakti in this birth and in the following births. He will always come and help. If anyone takes his shelter, he never gives up on that person. He never takes his anarthas or very general mistakes — anaalways excusing him. So, it may be so many births, yet he will help. This is a very great hope for us. We may give up on him—but he will never give up on us. First, prema-bhakti will come by serving and every anartha and offense will go away.
First, our offenses should go away and then prema-bhakti will come? This is absurd. If bhakti is not there and you are trying to get rid of your offenses, in thousands and thousands of births you cannot do. So, we must try to serve Gurudeva and to have bhakti and they will go automatically. Don’t try to give up offenses and to control your mind and all these things. It will come automatically if you are serving fully your Gurudeva.
