The Vrajavāsīs never have any mood of opulence towards Kṛṣṇa. This is the specialty of the Vrajavāsīs. In Vraja, Kṛṣṇa is not Bhagavān. The Vrajavāsīs never believe that Kṛṣṇa is God; hence, their relationship with Kṛṣṇa is based on spontaneous love and affection. They consider Kṛṣṇa to be their dear friend, son, and beloved. Personalities like Durvāsā, Nārada, Akrūra, and Uddhava offer their prayers to Kṛṣṇa. What then to speak of Arjuna? But no Vrajavāsī will offer prayers to Kṛṣṇa. Rather, they will address Kṛṣṇa using intimate names. This is the special mood of the Vrajavāsīs.
